Adding the App

The Poonam Platform Zoom app is a server-to-server app installed on the Zoom Marketplace. It is configured by the platform administrator. There is no end-user installation required. The app is pre-authorized to create, manage, and delete Zoom meetings on behalf of the platform.

Using the App

The Zoom integration is used exclusively through the admin dashboard. When an admin creates or updates a coaching session, a Zoom meeting is automatically generated. The meeting join link and password are stored and displayed to users who have access to that session. No manual Zoom operations are needed from end users.

Removing the App

To remove the Zoom integration, an administrator can uninstall the app from the Zoom Marketplace or revoke the app's permissions in the Zoom App Credentials settings. Once removed, the platform will no longer be able to create or manage Zoom meetings. Existing session data and recording links will remain in the platform but new meetings cannot be scheduled.
